A former Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen) employee, David Mogire Nyabuti, has been handed an 11-year prison sentence following a landmark ruling by the Milimani Anti-Corruption Court over the use of forged documents to build a lucrative career. 

Investigations conducted by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) revealed that Nyabuti sat for his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) in 1994, scoring a mean grade of D-. Read Full Article Here
