Something appears to be shifting behind the scenes within the Linda Mwananchi camp, and fresh remarks by Gloria Orwoba have now brought the internal political tensions into sharper focus.

In remarks attributed to her on September 17, 2026, Orwoba said she believes Sifuna is currently surrounded by people she described as amateurs.
She further alleged that some of those around him might be receiving financial support from President William Ruto’s side.
