Tensions have flared in Garissa County following allegations by the Democracy for Cultural Progress (DCP) party accusing Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale of deploying hired youth to intimidate and deter Wiper Democratic Movement leader Kalonzo Musyoka from visiting the region.
