Kiambu Governor Kimani Wamatangi has stated that he is not preoccupied with winning universal approval, saying his primary focus remains delivering on his development agenda and fulfilling the mandate entrusted to him by residents of Kiambu County.
Speaking during a public engagement in the county, Wamatangi emphasized that leadership is about responsibility and results rather than popularity.
He noted that elected leaders often operate in a challenging environment where decisions may not always please everyone, but must ultimately serve the broader public interest.
