Ndindi Nyoro Finally Speaks After Methu Accused Him of Being Ruto’s Mole in Opposition
Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro has finally responded following accusations by Nyandarua Senator John Methu that he could be working with President William Ruto to monitor opposition activities and create confusion.
The controversy emerged after Methu questioned Nyoro’s decision to join the opposition, describing the timing of his political move as suspicious.
Speaking during an interview with a local media station, Methu raised concerns about Nyoro’s intentions, suggesting that his entry into the opposition raised questions about his political loyalty.
However, Nyoro has now broken his silence, dismissing the allegations and questioning why he should respond to what he described as juvenile attacks and lies.
In a statement attributed to the Kiharu MP, Nyoro said his political camp had no time to waste responding to accusations and personal attacks.

“We have no time to respond to juvenile and childish attacks and lies,” Nyoro stated.
He further challenged those behind the accusations to confront him directly instead of allegedly using other people to communicate their grievances.
“Let the one sending them say something directly, and we will respond accordingly,” he added.
Nyoro’s response appears to signal his unwillingness to engage in public exchanges over claims surrounding his political positioning.
The remarks have added another dimension to the ongoing political debate surrounding the opposition’s unity and the entry of new figures into its ranks.
Methu’s allegations have raised questions about trust among opposition leaders as political realignments continue ahead of the 2027 General Election.
The dispute also highlights the challenges facing politicians seeking to build a united front against the Kenya Kwanza administration while navigating competing interests and questions of loyalty.
Nyoro has not, in the statement provided, directly addressed whether he is working with Ruto or monitoring opposition activities.
It remains unclear whether Methu will respond to Nyoro’s latest remarks or provide further details supporting his allegations.
As political temperatures rise, the exchange is likely to fuel further debate about the opposition’s strategy and the alliances taking shape ahead of the next election.
