Gachagua Storms Raila's Bedroom With New Political Tactics

Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is a man on a mission. He is not letting President William Ruto and Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga rest since his removal from office.

Since his removal from office through impeachment by the national assembly, and subsequent confirmation by the Senate of Kenya. The vibrant opposition leader formed his own party, DCP.

A political party that he is not moving from one region to another selling its agenda to the people of Kenya.

Today on July 3,2025. Him together with other opposition leaders; Kalonzo Musyoka, George Natembeya, Former Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiang’i and Eugene Wamalwa stormed Vihiga County.

The county which is considered as an opposition base and has for years supported Orange democratic Party leader, Honorable Raila Odinga.

Well, things are turning out to be complicated for Odinga. According to the videos shared online by Kenyans, Gachagua was received like a king in Vihiga. He continued with his cousin chant, a chant that residents joined in with a promise to send Ruto home.

Several political analysts have asked the Kenya Kwanza administration to move with speed and curtain the opposition power before it is too late for them to stop Gachagua and his team. Ateam that is currently charging towards the 2027 general election.

Many people are expecting a powerful duel between President William Ruto and the person who will be picked as the opposition chief flag bearer.

Gachagua and his team are expected to tour Western region Counties before leaving for Kisii. Their message is clear, to remove President William Ruto from office come 2027.
