Speaking during a public engagement forum in western Kenya, Omollo said the Kenya Kwanza administration has prioritised inclusivity in the rollout of development projects and government appointments, insisting that every part of the country is receiving equal attention from the national government.

The PS said President Ruto’s leadership style marks a major shift from previous administrations that were often accused of favouring certain regions at the expense of others.

According to Omollo, the current administration has focused on ensuring that all Kenyans benefit from national resources regardless of how they voted in the 2022 General Election.

“President Ruto is serving all Kenyans equally. Development projects are being distributed across the country without discrimination. Every Kenyan deserves government services and opportunities,” Omollo stated.

He pointed to ongoing infrastructure projects, affordable housing programmes, electricity connectivity, road construction and agricultural support initiatives as evidence that the government is working to uplift citizens from all regions.

Omollo also dismissed criticism from opposition leaders who have accused the government of sidelining some communities. He argued that political differences should not be used to divide Kenyans, adding that the administration remains committed to national unity and economic transformation.

The PS urged leaders to support government programmes instead of engaging in divisive politics, saying the country needs collective efforts to address economic challenges facing ordinary citizens.

His remarks come at a time when the Kenya Kwanza administration has been under pressure over the rising cost of living, fuel prices and taxation policies.

Opposition leaders allied to former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and the Azimio coalition have repeatedly accused the government of neglecting some regions in the allocation of resources and state appointments.

However, Omollo maintained that the government’s development agenda is inclusive and aimed at transforming livelihoods across the country. He said the administration remains focused on fulfilling the promises made to Kenyans during the election campaign.

Political analysts say Omollo’s statement is likely to spark debate across the political divide, especially as succession politics and regional alignments continue to shape the national conversation ahead of the 2027 General Election.

Despite mounting criticism from rivals, President Ruto’s allies continue to defend his administration, insisting that ongoing projects and reforms will eventually improve the lives of millions of Kenyans.
