Under the revised framework, baseline monthly compensation reflects targeted raises across every operational tier. Junior officers at the entry level of Police Constable in Pay Grade 1 saw their minimum basic pay rise from KSh 27,470 to KSh 29,360 per month. Mid-level ranks also received substantial adjustments, with Corporals in Grade 2 rising to KSh 35,580, Sergeants in Grade 3 reaching KSh 46,380, and Senior Sergeants in Grade 4 increasing to KSh 50,600.
Inspectors and senior administrators benefit from increased baselines as well. Inspectors in Grade 5 now earn KSh 55,075, Chief Inspectors in Grade 6 receive KSh 61,495, and Assistant Superintendents in Grade 7 start at KSh 66,565. At the highest administrative levels, Superintendents in Grade 8 draw KSh 76,565, Senior Superintendents in Grade 9 earn KSh 88,925, and Assistant Inspector Generals in Grade 10 receive KSh 98,715, with executive leadership scaling further up.

On top of their revised basic pay, officers maintain entitlement to essential facilitative allowances. These supplemental benefit packages include tiered house allowances based on deployment location, commuter allowances for transit costs, and specialized stipends for risk, prison service, or specific administrative duties. This structured overhaul aims to enhance officer morale, improve retention rates, and modernize public safety compensation standards nationwide.
