Kalonzo Musyoka Mourns Former High Court Judge Justice Joseph Mutava Mbalu
Former Vice President and Wiper Patriotic Front party leader Dr. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka has issued a official message of condolence following the passing of former High Court Judge Justice Joseph Mutava Mbalu. Justice Mutava was the husband of Kibwezi East Member of Parliament, Hon. Jessica Mbalu.
In a official statement released on August 22, 2026, Kalonzo expressed his grief on behalf of his family, the Wiper Patriotic Front, and the nation.
He praised the late judge for his dedication to public service, stating that Justice Mutava served the nation with honor, integrity, and quiet distinction during his tenure in the Judiciary.
Kalonzo noted that while the judge leaves behind a memorable legacy in the judicial system, his absence will be felt most deeply at home as a devoted husband and father.
