Tim Wanyonyi Declares He Will Not Use Ford Kenya In Bungoma Governor Race

The Westlands member of Parliament Honorable Timothy Wanyonyi has finally responded to the claims he will be running for the Bungoma County governor seat on Ford Kenya party.

Speaking at an event seen by us, Wetangula claimed that Bungoma County residents should not worry about the party he will use to run on. What they should know is that he is not going to run on Ford Kenya party.

He insisted that many people have been asking him this question and it is important for him to answer it.

Many people have been asking me. Tim, which party are you coming with. Well, I’m here to say something. I will not be vying of Ford Kenya. That is a sure bet. I will come with a party when the right time comes. People should just be ready. When I tell them it is this. They should not judge me. ” Said Wanyonyi.

This is coming just weeks after Ford Kenya suffered a major loss in Chwele Kabuchai ward where an independent candidate Eric Wekesa defeated their candidate massively.

Tim Wanyonyi failed to make it public his opinion on the by-election. Many are saying it might be because he did not want to offend his brother Moses Wetangula.

Well, let’s wait and and see how things will Play out in Bungoma top seat. The race is between; Didmus Barasa who is the current Kiminini member of Parliament, former governor Wycliffe Wangamati, and now Wanyonyi and others.
